DO NOT INSURE WITH HASTINGS
They are unresponsive and unhelpful. They palm you off with the cheapest, most incompetent repairer. Their complaints process is a complete waste of time and you will find yourself reporting to the Ombudsman. Do yourself and everyone you know a favour and do not insure with them.
