Order came a day after ordering and all items were fantastic.

Order came quickly and there was one issue where the wrong product was included. But when I contacted customer service they were extremely quick to reply and simply refunded the cost of the product while letting me keep the wrong one for free.

I found Airhelp to be a great experience. I think the key here is that you don't really have to do anything and then - assuming your claim goes through - you get money at the end of it. Also great to know that there is no risk to yourself as a user. If you don't win, you don't pay anything. It can certainly take some time to get the claim sorted but then again legal proceedings are never brief. There was some confusion in there when I was asked to provide a document I no longer had. However customer service were able to eventually clear things up and get my claim moving forwards again.
