Highly recommend using SPF's services to help secure mortgage. Our home buying process took fairly long, with a couple of disappointments along the way, but our broker was kind, supportive and always there to answer any questions. When we finally did secure our home, SPF was quick to get our mortgage approval done - this helped the process move so much quicker.

Do not buy from this site. It's masquerading as a UK brand - it's shipped from China.

The product is nothing like the images on the site, they're tiny, cheap, sticky covers that take 2 weeks to arrive.

The "refunds" process involves emailing a hotmail email address and getting no replies.

Super easy to order, fast delivery. My only complaint is the amount of plastic packaging used for items that are not breakables. I received a massive box with 3 items inside and most of the box contained heaps of plastic to fill it out.

Vita is great but sometimes the delivery is pretty slow. It takes almost a full day or more for them to send goods from their warehouse, and only THEN does the 2-3 business days start to tick down.

I've selected to have my products delivered to my mailbox at home and sometimes I still have to collect them myself at the post office.

Otherwise, great service, great product range.

It's super easy to order items online but there are many stores in my area that do not stock the items I want to buy and then I have to choose to have them delivered but it takes quite long for delivery.

I would like to be able to collect all the items I need from my nearest store but often the items I want are at different stores.
