Replied last week about problems getting a refund x have sent numerous emails stating I ordered 2 tops in error and only needed 1 top x company replied here and said to email them which I did again three times and still no reply x don’t know what else to do x


Problem now solved and got help through company service line x received refund promptly x happy now with service

Ordered top for husband and happy with top but ordered 2 in error x want to return the other one but getting no reply to numerous emails , said they would accept returns but won’t answer my emails really frustrating x

Do not buy as ordered dress April, returned do an address in Australia after a lot of bother. Then comoany said they had received dress and miney would be back in my bank account in days. Still waiting. Now email address not receiving emails etc. dress was £59 and poor quality. Would advise do not order from this company.

Same as Kat above been trying to get a refund since April. Bought a dress for a wedding in June. Poor quality and did not fit £59.95 eventually sent back after offers of discount , and got a letter saying now received and money would be in my account and still waiting. Cost me £15 to return. Company now ignoring my continuing emails and not giving up. Absolutely terrible service .

Excellent service never a problem

First class service and caller excellent. Received a good offer and money aid into our bank account immediately after acceptance. Would use them again

Delivery first class but still waiting for a return to be picked up at home. Paid 3.95 on line and unable to contact them x

I use my own canon printer and a lot of the free photos received were terrible and I had already printed some my self at home which were far superior. Really disappointed in the print and just a waste of free printing.
