Every toy I've got bought from Bellesa has been 100% satisfaction guaranteed! The Whisper Bullet - super potent, but virtually silent, great for overnight stays in hotels! Although it should be said that just because the vibe is silent, that doesn't mean you will be ;). The AirVibe is also fabulous - clit suction and an internal vibrator, plus it makes me feel like a magical girl with its shiny aesthetic! And lastly, my new best friend Thrust - never thought I'd be able to completely replace a sexual partner with a sex toy but Bellesa have honestly nailed it with this one!

Issues with the sizing initially, but the customer service team were really helpful and went above and beyond to sort this out for me. I ended up keeping the original boots and then being sent a pair in the next size up for free! I gifted the original pair to a friend with smaller feet.

Really quick dispatch time, and drinks are really refreshing, especially the mint and elderflower. Went for the bundle with 24 drinks and an oil as seemed to be the best value for money! This is quite an expensive treat, and probably won't be an often repeated purchase! 3 drops of the mint oil under the tongue is lovely for a little peppy boost, but there isn't a lot in the bottle really, so not really something for daily or even twice daily use. I didn't really enjoy any of the drink flavours initially, but they all grew on me over time.

Very pleased with the product - dispatch was confusing though. I had an email from CEX to say 3-5 business days, but then a text message from DX the following day to say that my shipment would be arriving and need to be signed for at 10am that day. Then when I tried to use my tracking number it failed. I get that the DX texts are probably automated, but I don't think I should have received that message as it was misleading. Other than that though, I'm thrilled.

I ordered a Band Hero Drum kit, two guitars and a microphone. They were all dispatched promptly, were all really well packaged, but what arrived was completely lacking. The drum kit that arrived was a Rock Band kit, the stand didn't come with enough parts so made the base unstable, so even if this was the Band Hero set that I ordered it wasn't actually usable. One of the guitars wouldn't sync using either of the dongles that came with the guitars and the plastic at the base of the wire on one of these had degraded so much that the plastic fell away from it.

Luckily, one of the guitars did sync and the microphone had no issues either.

I printed off my invoice and took the faulty items to my local CEX. Whilst the return was long-winded the money was refunded to my PayPal account straight away.
