I have not heard from the order for 20 days, then when I wrote to the customer service and asked if they could check the order status, they simply replied with a (highly likely) template, which blamed on the global supply chain crisis, 0 tolerance Covid policy in China and the War in Ukraine, and said that they couldn't do anything about it... As a customer, I did not feel the willingness to help me at all. Will probably avoid shopping here next time.
