The Complete Smile has provided me with exceptional dental care in the decade that I have been with the practice. Abi is a top-class dentist who puts the emphasis on best patient outcome and experience - this may take the form of reassuring nervous patients, explaining the optimal preventative treatment plan or providing advice on aesthetics. The practice offers access to expert specialists such as Maria and ongoing support and advice from hygienists such as Terry, while the reception team are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend The Complete Smile practice.

Gavin is an excellent communicator and very generous with his time. His Options Income Mastery course focuses on conservative, practical strategies with an emphasis on process and patience, plus establishing good trading habits. I would highly recommend this real-world options course to beginners and more seasoned traders alike.

I commend Bupa on its prompt payment of dental claims, but this is far outweighed by its (knowingly?) poor categorisation of some treatments such as compound fillings. I fully expect to have to refer the case to the ombudsman after 8 weeks. Bupa insists on names matching documents but failed to send out any policy documents after two months, and continues to use "other" as the prefix to my name. All in all not a great experience.

Appalling service, failed to turn up several times without explanation. Would not use again or recommend.

After being let down several times by a local satellite TV installation company we called Aerial Force. They were extremely efficient and sorted our problem out within a few hours of the initial phone call. Our engineer Adam was professional, courteous and finished the job very quickly. Would definitely recommend the company.
