Placed my order on Feb 13-2026 - order has not even shipped yet and it is now Feb 26-2026. Not overly impressed at this point. Every order will not ship within 1 - 3 business days apparently. Will update once I've received it. Also, have not heard back from online support / chat either. Can't speak to the quality of the product.

Had to reschedule, cancel and re-book a number of times for my trip to London. Service was always excellent and refunds processed immediately. When finally in London, my driver Yousuf, from India (hopefully there is no mistaking who I am referring to) was excellent. He we on time (if not a little early), and was absolutely delightful to talk to during my hour or so journey from South Kensington to Gatwick. I would highly recommend both Yousuf and MiniCabIt. And the fare was an extremely reasonable $46 pounds .. Can't beat that!, Thank you, Susan
