Free postage along with prompt delivery is very important when one orders a product as necessary as printer ink. Although not OEM products they always produce excellent results.

Major problems caused by having a 79 year old trying do do something best left to a teenager. Fortunately I contacted Tony Bates who assisted me over some hours to solve the problems, most probably caused by me. Many thanks Tony excellent job even though he had to take control of my machine to make it happen. A very patient young man. Very good online experience. Product was marginally cheaper on eBay but I preferred dealing with an established and well known organisation. Delivery was as stated and goods arrived well protected in the postage packaging.
This is not the first time I have dealt with P of K and will in all probability do so again in the future.

Money Saver. This product does exactly what the current Coles Supermarket vacuum container rewards program does, but at a fraction of the cost! Simple to use and good quality

Product delivery has always been quick and dependable. I have had no compatibility problems at any time. The cartridges are long lasting, unlike those provided in an initial printer purchase.

Order one day and arrives by mail the next. The products work and are very cost competitive.

Whilst the price of their products is acceptable, I had serious problems getting the NBN connection made. The modem was sent to the wrong area in NSW and the street address did not exist there. Not only did I loose my ADSL line and home phone, I received minimal assistance from Exetel in locating the modem. Fortunately the courier was more helpful and I was able to have it delivered. When installed another call to Exetel was required as my home number had not been ported to the new service! 2 weeks lapsed in all. Fortunately I received the first month of the service free as compensation.

Much cheaper than original cartridges with equal performance. Great price and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
