Promised next day delivery and charged me $23 for it. Flowers were not delivered 3 days later despite numerous promises from customer service saying they would be delivered on time. Requested flowers not available so swapped out for much cheaper flowers. Ordered and paid for roses but didn't get them. Very unhelpful customer service and all I got was empty words and "we apologize for the inconvenience" Will never deal with again.

Disappointed in, not only where the car seat was positioned, as they claim not to have seen my request which was made months in advance, but also the state of the car seat. It didn't appear safe and we had to re-install it when we arrived at our destination. If you're going to offer the service and charge for it then offer a superior product with expert installation.
