Shocking company who steel your money. Ordered 3 items kept one.. a hat.. as the clothes were very poor quality, I sent them back.. over a month and a half later I am still waiting on my refund. No reply to my emails, no reply to message, no one is ever available to answer on the live chat. I am so angry. First time ordering with this company and the last time. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.. CHEAP UN FIT FOR PURPOSE CLOTHES AND THEY DONT REFUND THE MONEY THEY OWE YOU.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY

It was lovely not to be hounded by a member of staff as soon as you walked in the shop. Just greeted with a hello. We were left in peace to look around and it was only when I'd gone back to look at a sofa again did some one come over. Billy was very helpful and in no way pushy. He explained everything. I made a purchase. I did go back the next day as when I got home I'd realised I needed a different size sofa. And that process was extremely quick and easy. I'd thoroughly recommend Sofology. And was pleasantly surprised with the prices too. Thank you.

Do NOT buy an e gift card from jd sports.. turns out that you cannot use it for everything on the website!!!!! My son wanted nike trainers.. but he couldn't use the voucher as the item would be coming direct from Nike... what a joke ... I'm sorry but if I buy an e gift card for a website.. you should be able to buy ANYTHING on that website!!!!! Waste of money... .. so now he has a voucher for the trainers he really wanted for his birthday that hes stuck with cause each time he goes to choose something else ..the voucher is invalid because the item is fulfilled by a third party and NOT jd. Absolutely ridiculous... and cant get my money back.... oh and JD SPORTS I did contact customer services.. who were not very helpful... that's how I found out you cant purchase all items on the website....!!!! Not happy at all.

scam.... Wish I'd have read these reviews before buying.... Gutted .. Ordered and paid.. Now hopefully trying to get money back From My account... Absolute b#stards. Playing on the fact the gym are closed.... Website no longer exists... Phone number doesn't exist ... I'm so angry......
