The check in and scan process went fine. I reduced the rating because I did not appreciate the number of times I was asked if I wanted to change to a full body scan rather than the Heart & Lung scan, I scheduled.

I have made several purchases from DoggieFood.com and have been pleased with all of them. Only once was there a delay in a product due to availability. When I sent an email to check on product -- I received a quick response.
