Misleading advertising. I was overcharged, and despite Courtney advising me it would be sorted out, they later refused to correct it. They advertised child price for 5-15yr olds, and adult for 16+, however they charged me adult price for a 15 year old. I
provided evidence of age, but they wouldn't even reply to my emails after that.

Update: since posting this the company has now been in contact and refunded the difference between the child and adult ticket.

The company representatives are friendly and helpful. I receive high quality service and fast delivery for every order.
