chatbot interface turns in circles, returns are not free and have to be sent to Poland from most EU countries - per chatbot. The website asks to send to the UK. Not sure which one is correct. In my case, the cost is 50% of a 2.5kg bag so basically you accidentially click on the wrong flavor and you are f...ed. Each and every of the 83 next times using this product I will think about the poor service :(
