I had a very disappointing experience with Modlily. The website advertises tons of coupons, but you can only use one — which feels misleading. I even signed up for text messages because they promised $20 off, but that discount only applied if I spent over a certain amount. None of that was made clear upfront.

The suits themselves looked vibrant and beautiful online, but the reality was completely different. I ordered four suits, and every tankini top was extremely long — so long that it looked like I wasn’t wearing a bikini bottom at all. The material was very thin, you could see underneath, and some of the top colors didn’t even match the bottoms. The pictures on the website did not match what actually arrived.

To make things worse, returns are not straightforward. They send you a “free” return shipping label, but then charge $17 to ship the items back, and that amount is deducted from your refund. So you end up losing money just for trying the suits on.

Overall, the quality, fit, and return process were disappointing. I wouldn’t order from Modlily again.

The customer service was very good. I was looking for polarized sunglasses and thought I was getting them. They sent me a new pair without even waiting for me to send back the wrong pair. The website did not offer the option to order the specific polarized sunglasses I wanted.
