Had an issue with a jacket - constant feathers coming out onto clothing and once washed (following their instructions), inner lining clumped in certain places making the jacket unusable.
Customer service awful and no interest in resolving the issue - decided based on photos it was my fault and wouldn't inspect the item.
Complete waste of money!
