Extremely bad connection especially recently. Never again!

Now I dont have to go to the shop every time anymore

They told me they couldn't make a booking through my card, but then my card was charged anyway. Then they asked me to pay a cancellation fees of 100 EUR. Of course I didn't pay, but they haven't returned my money at all. They are a thief and don't ever use this company. I am considering suing them.
