I do not wish to explain my level of satisfaction.

It is rare to buy something on the net and feel that you have been given personal service - but Another Classic managed. We were walked through the process of selection with all questions answered promptly and informatively but never felt pressured to buy. Once we did order the transaction was professional, delivery was quick, and the furniture is all we had hoped for.

We ordered chairs one morning and they were delivered the next day in just over 24 hours. Fantastic service!

The parcel was delivered slightly late. As has happened before, I was home and waiting for the delivery when I got an email that the deliverer had attempted to deliver and found no one home - thus he took it to a nearby "pakkeshop". This is NOT home delivery. No one was here, no one rang the bell, no one knocked on the door. Not good enough.

I gave it five stars why do I have to comment?

My parcel was to be delivered to my home in Rørvig where I was waiting to receive it. Instead, it was left at Brugsen in Egebjerg. This is about a half hour away from my home by car. This was extremely inconvenient - especially late on Friday afternoon when I was notified. I am NOT satisfied with this "service".

Everything I have bought has been of excellent quality. Service is quick and there was a nice and prompt response on the one occasion a small mistake was made with my order. Books and cards are beautiful!

I couldn`t believe how quick the service was - my things arrived the day after I placed the order. It would have taken me a couple of days and much more effort to go to town and buy the materials myself. I am only sorry they don`t have more sewing materials - especially things for making curtains!
