Second one of these rugs that I have purchased. Very satisfied with the quality.

Was purchasing a gift card. Heather was very helpful in helping me choose the correct options (card values available etc.). Also reassured me that they kept records on file so that if card was mislaid that it would be honoured.

Chair arrived day after order placed - excellent service.

The only issue I had was when assembling the chair the instructions were not very clear on where to position the various washers. Otherwise the chair was easy to assemble.

Despite this the chair is a massive improvement on the kitchen chair that I had been using.

Items arrived a bit later than expected but this was acceptable due to Covid 19 crisis. Wouldnt have been able to purchase locally
