Very easy to use, no fuss efficient notification.

I was sent parcels twice in the last 2 months from Amazon suppliers, nothing wrong with Amazon or the suppliers but MRW failed to deliver on both occasions.
This company cannot be trusted.

It was delivered to my home in Spain Damaged.
I contacted vevor helpline and had no reply for 3 whole days.
I escalated a complaint through PayPal.
The supplier has agreed to refund the machine in full, but I first have to ship it back at my own expense to Germany, I live in Spain, the item weight is 33kg.
It is going to cost me half of the machines value just to ship it back.
So maybe I will keep it and do a YouTube review...
Let's see how they feel about half a million people seeing their rubbish service.
At Vevors request, I have submitted my email address, my phone number and the order number, let's see how willing they are to really help..
The quote I have from DHL to return the machine to them is €360.00.
The machine cost me €373.00.

I have been contacted by vevor and the matter has been resolved.
The build quality of this machine is outstanding for the price.
It was damaged in transit,
The machine has been repaired and paid for by Vevor and is now working perfectly.
Accurate across the full cutting width of 330mm.
I am a professional carpenter and would recommend this portable machine.
Although there was a delay in the response from Vevor, they came through with sound support for their product.
And that means a great deal to everyone.

Good product and service, unfortunately the after sales service stinks, they owe me a refund and do not answer my emails.
Had I have known when I paid €13.00 postage to send the product back, that I would not get the refund they promised me I would not have waste my money sending back stuff that they will resell for more profit.
Very disappointed.

Easy navigation, and easy booking.
I do not have the patience to fiddle around on telephone or pc keyboards.
I found the booking engine to be fast and easy to use, a PayPal option would have made it even simpler..

Very happy with partmaster. I could not source the part required for my LG fridge freezer because the model and part numbers are different here in spain as they are in other parts of Europe. But looking through the pictures on Partmaster and reading the descriptions, I found a compatible part that I just had to change the plug on (because they change them around too; so they can control the aftermarket!). I replaced my noisy freezer fan and it is working beautifully.
