Order £60 worth of electronics from seller on Ebay, supposed to be UK seller, turns out to be Chinese! Uses orange connex speedpak, who then hand it to Evri. Parcel gets delivered to wrong address. Evri push the responsibility on to me, get refund form supplier! supplier not interested, hes got his money! Ebay not interested and it says delivered (even if to wrong address) So no money and not items = Modern robbery. and all thanks to Evir's total incompetence im £60 down with no recourse The driver Thomas has now misdelivered 4 parcels and im sure it is being done deliberately because he cannot be bothered to make the effort to drive to my house. Evri management are totally inept and do noting about it.
And to the Evri agent that will have the cheek to say they are "sorry for you experience" stop saying sorry and making hollow apologies. do something about it! or is that beyond you abilities to improve your service? In Reply to Kimberly, i have tried to raise this and have been speaking to a complaints agent = Please contact seller! as a company you really are beyond useless.

Ebay say parcel has been delivered, Seller ignores me. Evri say contact seller, Ebay say they side with seller even though Evri is the default courier for ebay now. Another day another parcel delivered to the wrong house. 4 parcels, 2 months, not one has arrived? How can you call your self a courier company? your driver has the cheek to take a photo of my parcel sitting on who knows whos doorstep next to another parcel with a different address on it, knowing misdelivering it, and you do nothing.

Drop,Hide.Lose had a delivery for me,organised it so i could take the day off as its 3 large valuable parcels, they have form for just dumping things in the cart lodge or just leaving them on the drive. Wait in all day, watch driver doing his rounds on tracking app, gets to delivery before me and tracking goes dark. Wait for 20 mins then 1hr later my parcels are back in the depo, but still out for delivery today? They really are one of if not the most incompetent courier companies in the UK.

Evri have now lost 2 parcels in 3 weeks, their driver says he cannot find my address but all other delivery companies have no problem. and when he cannot find may address my parcels get lost!! = throw away or stolen. Evir's response = Thank you for bearing with me whilst I had the depot conduct a search over the last 2 days. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate your parcel and as it has been 5 days I must advise you that it is potentially lost in our network.
We will of course continue to look for your parcel and as soon as it is located and on its way you will be notified. In the meantime however, if you haven't already, you might want to inform the shipper as they will be able to discuss the options available to you. They will also have access to see the delivery information for your parcel to help with their next steps.
We will also liaise with them directly regarding this undelivered item. Once again I'm sorry for this delay and that we have not been able to locate your parcel. = not our problem.
They really dont care about missing/lost parcels and this is no way to raise a formal complaint, i wonder why?

Had my system installed at beginning of Feb Had 2 lots of panels with 2 Fox inverters 3kw & 3.6kw. Became apparent that the 3.6kw inverter with a single string was producing less power that the 3kw inverter with two strings even though the single string has a greater number of panels!! Looking at the output it was clear that the 3.6kw was clipping the current @3kw for hours during the day, took screen shots, and asked FOX ESS UK what was wrong, one of the untechnical staff told me the system was working fine, when it quite clearly wasn’t, a premonition of what’s to come!! So to test out if it was panels (FOX UK’s new excuse) Bought second had 4kw inverter of another make and fitted on the single string and immediately it produced 4.1kw, told FOX and there didn’t even respond, obviously don’t like being proved wrong or just ignore real problems!! After reading some forums from Auz (much larger user base), many users have reported string limits. Put the 3.6kw inverter on the split stings and it will sit producing 3.6-3.8kw when the sun is out without clipping. Pretty conclusive that there is an individual string limit that the UK team don’t know about, nice product knowledge! Then found out today that FOX UK sent out new data sheets to their installer base shows there ARE single sting limits of all of their inverters.
So a customer worked out limits that FOX ESS UK tech team denied. Many customers may be losing power&money if they are on a single string set up and are not aware of the limits clipping their output, this is pretty poor by any standard.
Not had a sorry or acknowledgement from the UK distributor, says all you need to know about them. Will not be fitting any more of their systems to another one of my houses. Shame as the kit its self is OK, just the UK team behave like mindless box shifters, who don’t care. In Response to FOX UK response, you have already had all the inverter serial nos. screen shots of the inverter clipping, and even sent you details of the panels, the irradiance each day in Kw/mtr2 taken from the middle of the panels. and just got ignored. i have asked you to contact me and left messages, Last was an email on the 21st March, i sent 5 emails from 14th to the 21st March, the last 3 had no reply. and phoning is impossible as it goes to an answer system where no one returns the calls.

Reply from Fox ESS UK
Dear Rob,
Thank you for your review. I’d like to address a number of the points you’ve raised.
Firstly, on the question of “string limits” – it is not correct to state that all Fox inverters are subject to a fixed per-string output limitation. Changes were implemented across much of the range approximately 18–24 months ago to remove earlier constraints of this type. As such, behaviour will depend on the specific inverter model and generation in use.
From your description, it’s not yet clear which model you have installed. For example, within the F Series alone there are multiple generations (e.g. G1 vs G3), which differ in design and operating characteristics. Without confirming the exact unit, it’s not possible to draw a definitive conclusion on whether what you are seeing is expected behaviour or not (I appreciate you will have communicated this in your earlier interactions with our support team, but without access to that information and the case reference we will need to clarify in order to investigate further).
More generally, dual-MPPT inverters are designed to operate most effectively when generation is as balanced across both inputs as feasible. Heavily loading a single MPPT - particularly towards the upper end of the inverter’s output may result in sub-optimal performance over time on any inverter - regardless of string caps. This is why installers are typically advised to utilise both MPPTs wherever possible, and why heavily loading a single MPPT is now rare.
On the point regarding datasheets, we have not recently issued revised UK documentation introducing new string limits. Our datasheets are publicly available via our UK website and version-controlled; the most recent updates (F Series – May 2025, H1-G2 – December 2025) do not introduce the changes you’ve referenced. These are live and publicly available.
That said, where we do agree with you is on the service experience. You should have received a clearer and more complete response to your query, and the lack of follow-up is not the level of support we aim to provide.
We would like to review your system properly. If you can provide your inverter serial number(s) via the Trustpilot contact request we will issue shortly, we will investigate in detail and respond with a full technical explanation.
If, as part of that process, we identify any gaps in documentation or guidance, we will address those accordingly.

Have used Bella Barista for over 10 years, have bought 3 espresso machines, 4 grinders and many spare parts. Probably one of the best consumer coffee machine & supply companies in the UK.
Good priced batteries, have bought a number over the last year. Would give 5 star if you could chose courier service, had to collect from parts centre 15 miles away with the last battery after no delivery for 4 days.

Thank you for your fantastic review. We’re pleased you found our pricing competitive and our delivery communication clear. We’d be delighted to supply you again.
They are a great company to work with, from the initial consultation and survey, through to the final commissioning. Ben was very knowledgable about the various options, and seems to draw on years of experience. Had an 8.5kw solar instal, with 2 inverters, battery & charger. the standard of the work was excellent, with only a minor snagging list that was dealt with on the second visit while fitting the battery. My system has been working without fault for several weeks now.
Battery prices and general service is great. DX who they use to deliver in my area failed to deliver the battery 3 days in a row, not good. Ended up having another sent out to a collection point 15 miles away. would give 5 stars if they could give choice of courier
Competitive pricing, have used them for number of years. Website easy enough to use, Never had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side. Know few people that have made claims with no complaints.

Ordered 70 x 1oz gold Britannia's on September 23rd = £200k before all the "Unprecedented Demand" First few deliveries were OK, then the generic "Sorry but there may be delays with our deliveries" surely that's a problem for the people that have only just ordered? Spoke to customer service team, Explained that if the deliveries were seriously delayed it would cause issues, we would be on holiday for most of Nov, the lady i spoke to (Hanna i think) organised 2 deliveries a week, perfect all was good, only to have a very blunt email from Leah saying that there would be further delays? and the 2 deliveries a week was stopped, not impressed.
Looking like the last few deliveries would have to wait until we got back in Dec, i offered to collect the last 30oz personally from the London office, only to be told that because the order was processed by the main office this would not be possible because of coin allocation, like it was the only 30oz available? Eventually received the last delivery on 4/11/25 So 6 weeks from order :( Chards prices are good, the products are good, but their delivery system fails under high demand.
And a note to Ben or who ever is going to respond, i have ordered 100oz this year and most of your business model is GOOD just the way you run your delivery allocation model is poor. and please dont use the "Unprecedented Demand" justification as my order was placed before that started.
They do offer a regency delivery service that i would advise anyone ordering large amounts to use, as their normal system seems to struggle with large orders.

2 days of "your parcel will be with you between X & X time" then no delivery? Not "Sorry we missed you" or anything else, just the driver could not be bothered to deliver the parcel, this is not the first time. 2 days of my life wasted waiting for a company that couldn't do what they have been paid for!
