Friendly help amending from Nour in customer service chat with changing new flight times after EasyJet changed my itinerary

I tried Quince tea from here at a friend’s house & loved it. I don’t live locally & can’t find a supplier near me so ordered online. Very efficient except the delivery charge was high for the amount I purchased on this occasion. A cheaper delivery option or subscription at a reduced price would be appreciated.

The service was good albeit we were not rested at the specified time. Helen in particular was excellent and very kind. We had to change plans & incurred the cost of an extra day’s car hire however as it was not possible to have the 0-2 days OCR test at the walk-in centre at Gatwick. It was particularly disappointing as we walked past the testing centre as we headed to the car hire offices.

I bought 6 of the cat cupcakes (3 vanilla, 3 chocolate) for my friend. She (and her husband) loved both the look and delicious taste. I also got loads of kudos for sending them!

I ordered my euros on the train to work, collected them on the way home at around 7.30pm and the rate was better than our usual provider!
