Review of Dyson Danmark

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Crap customer service (price match)

Misleading price match and non-existent transparency

I contacted Dyson Denmark before purchasing a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute to understand how their price match works.

Another Danish retailer was selling the exact same model at a much lower price. Dyson support repeatedly claimed they would “match the price” but refused to confirm whether the retailer was authorised, refused to explain the criteria, and refused to outline the process in advance.

The only guidance provided was to buy the product at full price from Dyson first, then contact them afterwards and hope the price match would apply. No written confirmation. No eligibility check. No accountability.

This is not a real price guarantee. It is opaque, customer-unfriendly, and shifts all risk to the buyer. I ended the conversation without a clear answer and without trust in Dyson’s sales process.

For a premium brand, this level of commercial transparency and customer service is unacceptable.

The small things make a big difference

The small things make a big difference. I was recommended Patrik by a friend and was pleasantly surprised to find a handyman that offered the convenience of selecting a time that is convenient for you as well as communicating his arrival time via sms beforehand. On top of that, Patrik was warm, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for help in your home/apartment.

Review of Triobike

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Sadly, not good enough service or quality for the price.

Firstly, our first (3 month) free service wasn't free, due to us not using the bike very often we brought the bike in after approx. 5/6 months, but we had to pay for it as it was after the first 3 months, which I understand but still don't think it's really fair as the cost to service is exactly the same but it meant that we came away from that interaction disappointed.

Secondly, the service that the bike received wasn't even that good, firstly one of the brakes weren't calibrated correctly meaning that every time you brake the bike pulls to one side. The bike lights weren't replaced even when we told them that one of them was faulty, a replacement battery was suggested, but as the light wasn't working this didn't really solve the problem.

Thirdly, the bolts that the child seat-belts are attached too wasn't tightened correctly, meaning that it fell off and meant that our child's safety was put in danger - safety was one of the key selling points of the brand for us - so not only was the service bad quality it also meant that we had to pay for another service to have the bolts replaced / fastened again.

Lastly, it seem the components of the bike don't seem to be that high quality as our gear shifter has also now broken and the bike is less than 2 years old. There are also other small things that are frustrating i.e. you cannot adjust the seat-belt height at the back of the seat and the seat belt fastener is quite low, so for small children the seat-belt often slides off their shoulders making it a unsafe again in the case of an accident.

NB. We really like the Triobike as a bike i.e. design and general look & feel, my frustrations are with the service and quality of the build, for the price that you pay for one of these bikes.

Likelihood to recommend to other businesses - NEVER.

Firstly, the account manager hasn't been responsive to any emails or attempted communication to them. As a business customer the service has been very unsatisfactory, with little support and assistance in helping our company with cancelling and transferring numbers. Additionally, the data plan didn't work for myself or two of my colleagues while travelling aboard (EU+US).

I would not recommend Telia to anyone looking for an business subscription.

Great (fast) customer service

I purchased a juicer from KitchenOne.dk in March and unfortunately a piece of the juicer broke several months later. After contacting KitchenOne and completing the warranty form I had a replacement part delivered to me a day later. Impressed and happy to be juicing again. Thanks Jesper for the great service.
