Be persistent to find the right person in NRGI kundenservice

From the many different contacts we had with NRGI
"kundenservice", about an unjustly blocked "reduced el-afgifte", the only one who took our problem and question serious was Magnus. It was him who finally put his head in our case and gave an overview over the (very long) time frame and the promised financial compensation.
