yes I emailed them again to say I had left this review ..they have now sent a reply and are refunding the gift bag money ..so I am much happier and have upped my stars from 2 to 4 in recognition of that ..many thanks

Thanks for letting us know. The team has already emailed you and explained it was an oversight by the packer. It was a genuine mistake. They have offered a refund and apologised for the error.

I had a problem with my microwave (which was 15 months old)
I contacted Swan via email ( with photos of problem and receipt ) and Had a reply the next day! Within 2 days I had an email with clear instructions to follow which I did ..the next day I had an email saying a replacement had been arranged and would be with me in 3-5 days ...you can say better than that ...will buy Swan again.

Then a deal to Egypt which had to be cancelled due to hospitalisation ....the staff of Love Holidays could not have been more helpful with all the details and advice on how to claim back on my insurance.
Just back from a super two weeks in Cuba again a bargain from Love Holidays .

There was a problem with my order ....( .Warehouse error) Any company can have a problem ( epeacially at Xmas!) BUT VERY FEW DEAL WITH IT IN THE EFFICENT SPEEDY AND POLITE WAY THIS FIRM AND ITS SUPPLIER DID!
I would recomend them to anyone. A firm that can be relied on to rectify errors in this way is a firm to remember and use again
