On a return flight to Nice on the 25th August, my daughter left her hand luggage in an overhead locker. When she realised the error it was too late to return to claim it. After contacting LBA luggage we learnt that the bag had returned to Leeds on the 30th.The bag was not locked and contained duty-free products jewelry and clothes! This Friday the bag was sent back to Nice where my daughter picked it up. We were impressed by the help and friendly disposition of the girls Lisa, Ash and Charlotte. at LBA and were delighted to have the bag and all its contents back. Bravo Jet2
