Betrug!
Ich habe dort gebucht, weil ich dachte, es sei die „echte“ Seite vom Moxy Vienna Airport Hotel (Achtung - Täuschung!). Es wurde ein Preis von 116€ pro Nacht angezeigt. Auf einmal wurden 161€ von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht —> 49€ Servicegebühren. Als mir das aufgefallen ist, wollte ich sofort stornieren - geht nicht, diese Buchung ist „nicht stornierbar“. Ich habe dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Frechheit, hier buche ich nie wieder!

Like most hotels and other travel agencies, we charge applicable tax recovery charges and a service fee to cover 24/7 support, service and platform features, and operating costs. We always disclose all fees and tax recovery charges prior to booking and require customers to confirm the total amount.
