Broke first rule they claim they don't do!
I did not purchase from my Gemma I sold 3 items!
My experience was good until the one thing they state from beginning that they don't cut the price quote after they receive the item and they did just that and not a lot of money, $300 on a $8500 Hermes Birkin while not huge it was petty!
The other 2 items under $500 I would give 5 stars!
Once I agreed to accept discounted payment I was paid within 24 hours as promised!

We are glad that you had a good overall selling experience. We understand your frustration at the $300 difference between our quote and final offer.
While rare, and we do our very best to avoid this, it was simply down to the fact that the bag was more preloved than the photos submitted suggested. Sometimes this can happen due to angles or lighting. We do apologize for the difference in price, but we have to work off of the photos submitted when providing a price quote.
