We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

To clarify, the issue was not simply that you were using a “business connection.” Certain types of corporate, shared, hosting, datacenter, VPN or high-risk network environments are frequently associated with fraud, multiple-account abuse proxy usage, or advertiser quality issues within the GPT industry. Because of this, some connections are automatically flagged by our risk and fraud prevention systems.

We completely understand that there are legitimate cases where users may live in shared housing, public buildings, student accommodations, or use internet connections that they do not personally control. Unfortunately, distinguishing legitimate shared environments from abusive traffic is not always straightforward especially when advertisers and survey providers hold platforms financially responsible for fraudulent or low-quality traffic.

The suggestion to use a more stable residential/mobile connection was intended as a possible workaround rather than a requirement meant to create inconvenience or additional costs for you.

We respect your decision if you chose to move on. Still, we appreciate the time you spent on the platform over the past year and the feedback you provided.

Update: Thank you as well for providing your email address through Trustpilot so we could take another look into the situation in more detail.

After reviewing the connection history again, I can see that some of the IP addresses assigned by the service/network you were using are classified as corporate/shared connections, while others are not. This likely explains why access may have worked at certain times and not at others depending on which IP was assigned.

We completely understand that this can be frustrating and inconvenient especially in your case where you do not personally control the network environment or have the ability to reset the connection or influence which IP address gets assigned. We also understand that constantly checking whether the connection will be accepted is not a practical or enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, public/shared/corporate-style connections are one of the more difficult areas for us to handle because they are commonly associated with VPNs, proxies, shared traffic, and other abuse patterns within the GPT industry. While we always try to avoid impacting legitimate users, there are limits to how much flexibility we can safely allow without creating significant fraud and advertiser-quality risks for the platform.

We truly wish we could assist further in situations like this and we genuinely appreciate the time you spent using the platform over the past year. We completely respect your decision and sincerely wish you the best moving forward.
