A wonderfully helpful app. I've been using the app since mid August and already have lost more than half a stone. Previously I've used weight watchers and fasting but neither have been so easy to adhere to, and I now feel so much more healthy, both physically and mentally, I can't thank you enough. The difference was apparent when I did the 1 week trial which costed me £2.30, less than the price of a cup of coffee! During that week I lost my sweet tooth! And have not looked back. Thank you, I just wish I'd found you earlier , I'm soon to be 77, and now looking forward to being that bit older, the thought doesn't fill me with dread. My knees are no longer sore. Better late than never

The app is great at highlighting the effects of different foods and is helping change the way I eat. Only 4 stars because my wife and I are both doing it, and a feature to share recipes would make it perfect. Instead of us both having to manually add our meals to each app

Easy to contact and quick efficient responses with follow up

I found the instructions clear. The engineer was polite, professional and quick to respond. Having the ability to upload a recording, and screenshot, was very useful

Just started the 7 day trial Zoe app I had few issues with it which was sorted very quickly by the team. Communication and customer service 100%. Only first day of using app but very impressed.

It’s useful to have ‘Fin’ the AI assistant. You can contact ‘Fin’ any time of the day or night and get your query answered, your delivery sorted.
Very well done to all the humans in the system too.

It is a pity that such a great idea is not supported by an adequate and transparent billing plan. Despite my account was not showing any subscription, they kept billing me monthly. When I tried to delete my subscription, I could find no cancellation button. Disappointing.

So easy to send a question. Answered very promptly, with clear instructions. Gave me a direct link to make an order. Excellent service.

Sam and the team was very responsive to my concerns and was able to promptly address the issue of the missing recipes. Everything has been completely resolved.

I joined Zoe almost a month ago and so pleased that I did. I love the Zoe app and customer service is exceptional, on the few occasions I’ve needed to use it I have had an instant response and my queries have been answered immediately, a rarity these days

I’ve been quite suprised that some of what I thought were good food choices could be better. I love the app & am learning quite a lot which is good. Since I started eating breakfast again but a healthy breakfast I feel healthier & more energised.

Helpful detail to help my daughter join Zoe

I signed up for a seven day trial period to test out the app and to see if Zoe would work with my lifestyle. For the first two days the app kept crashing so I couldn’t set it up. I asked for the trial to be extended, as a busy few days meant I didn’t have time to learn how to use it properly in the remaining time. I was told this wasn’t possible. It meant I cancelled the subscription as I wasn’t prepared to pay for something I wasn’t sure I could use and didn’t have adequate time to test. The customer service team were responsive but it is frustrating they weren’t willing to extend the trial to ensure I had the full seven days which could have led to me signing up to a longer term subscription.

Always a prompt and helpful response whenever making contact with them. Customer service is an integral part of their company which is prominent when contacting them.
I feel confident that they are a well trusted brand in all they do together with their podcast with their science backed evidence & Zoe app. From my own experience I would highly recommend.
