Hi Joe. Cancelling is self serve from account management on your dashboard and takes effect on the spot, and a trial cancelled inside the 7 days is never charged. Your account showed no cancellation before the charge, which is why it went through. We refunded it in good faith regardless. No card changing needed, it's been sorted.

Hi Piper. You can cancel yourself from your dashboard in 30 seconds and we refund trial charges in good faith when someone wanted out. If you had an actual problem with a membership, support@yaupicks.com sorts it. If you didn't, this is an opinion, and you're welcome to it.

On the picks being horrible, it's a matched betting system, not tips. The result is locked in by covering both sides, not by picking winners, so that's not really how it works.

Hey kxde,

I checked, you’ve never actually been a member, and I reached out to request details but never got a response. So making claims like this without firsthand experience isn’t really fair to people who are genuinely trying to learn how the system works.

We do have BetHero available to members, but we’re very clear that we don’t recommend using it, it can get your accounts banned fast. The real value of what we teach is in matched betting, which is much more sustainable and repeatable when done properly.

Saying it takes years to make a few grand is just wrong. Plenty of our members make thousands within their first 1–2 months by following the actual system, not skipping steps or chasing results. That’s why we offer a free trial, so anyone can test it with no risk.

Just to be clear, I've had a check and you’ve never been a member, and everything we offer starts with a free trial. So calling something a scam without ever using it (or paying for it) is pretty misleading.

We don’t promise quick money or “riches”, we teach a system that takes effort, structure, and discipline. The reviews you’re seeing are from actual members who’ve gone through the process, and Trustpilot actively checks for and removes fake positive reviews.


If what we offered didn’t work, we wouldn’t make the first week free. And as for the “ridiculous price”, our members consistently make more than the weekly cost, or they simply don’t continue. That’s the point of a trial... try it, then decide.
