Ordered my dress on the 24th July. It's now the 20th August and still hasn't arrived. Emailed customer service who said they can't control delivery once it leaves the warehouse. I've got no real tracking. Avoid!!

Ordered two bloody dresses and went to go do a returns thing but as soon as I did that the web page is no longer available. They are cheap feeling thin, 💩quality

Valentinia London , daughter bought Dress 45 pound and ripped on arrival and extremely small wanted to send back to be offered 5 pound by them as says would cost me to much send back.

If I would rate 0 or even less o would have …. These guys are scammers , Valentina London is a scam … it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order .
Day 1 of ordering I got an email saying dispatched …
In the 3rd week they sent an email saying I should rate them but the dress has not been delivered …
I repeat do not even think about it …
They are not in London .

Huge scam, breaking UK consumer laws. Ordered a dress for my granddaughter for a wedding. It arrived, was very cheap looking so emailed them requesting a “quibble-free returns process” and refund, as per their returns information on the website,
Then begins the process”we can offer you a 10%, then 15%, then 20% refund until you demand their returns address which they eventually provide, and for a company called Valentina London, their returns address is of course in Shenzhen, China.

I ordered a dress in May. It arrived, completely the wrong colour, advertised as brown but it was plum purple. They offered me a 40% refund after some hard negotiation but I had to pay for international shipping which was a further £25 on top of the £50 I had already spent. To this day I have never received a refund and anytime I email I get a AI response saying a tickets been raised. They are scammers do not order from any company selling these items from china.

I purchased a dress from this company which took over 2 weeks to arrive. It didn’t fit, too small. Their return policy states you have to e-mail them initially which I did within a week of receiving the item. No response. Followed up with another e-mail, yet again, NO RESPONSE. I am still awaiting a return note over a month now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE, absolutely disgusting customer service. Beware of this company. Buy at your own peril!!!

Even 1 star is being generous. Ordered a dress just over 2 weeks before my birthday knowing to allow for the “5-10 business days postage” but it infact took over a month to receive it.

I open it and it’s the wrong dress entirely, I questioned them and they said “it’s the same dress the pictures are just different” no it was completely different to what I had spent £70 on as well as it being completely see-through. I’ve seen toilet paper thicker than the fabric used to make that “dress”.

When I asked to return it for full refund they said I could only have 5% refund, when I pushed back they said fine we’ll settle for 10%, I pushed again and it went to 15% but they refused to go higher. When I told them I’m going to return it and get a full refund they said “good luck with the £40 return fees” as they are actually a China based brand.

Never ever order from these scammers, I wish I had just looked at the reviews first

I ordered a dress that never arrived. They won’t refund and are repeatedly telling me to contact the courier to sort myself. They are a complete scam company and I advise nobody to order from them.

Ordered a dress close to £50, the minute I opened the parcel I messaged them to say it’s literally nothing like the dress I ordered. They’ve said as a goodwill they will refund me 20% as shipping can cost £20-£30. I checked with evri and it’s £10 however they refused to give me a telephone number which is mandatory for the return. I could probably do a charge back through my bank at this point as they won’t give you a telephone number. Please do not buy, it’s not as if the garments are £1 and you get what you pay for. Genuinely awful!

The company name leads you to believe they are London-based, and their website states they are London-based. The clothing comes from China, which is fine if they were upfront about that and explained the potential delivery timeframe. However, they claim 2-day delivery; the dress came way too late for my event. The item quality is very basic and doesn't reflect the images on their site. The dress shows a boned corset style, but this isn't the case. It's one layer of fabric and low quality.

You're not getting what you pay for, and the company isn't what it seems.

Took 3 weeks to deliver even though it said 3-5 days delivery. When emailed about this they said its a busy time of year not that it is being shipped from another country.
Colour and dress are cheap looking and nothing like what they have sold.
Returning the item is near on impossible. They offer a 10% refund.... you get more money back paying the return fee of £20-£30. AVOID this scam of a company.

I ordered two dresses and after seeing these reviews it is no surprise that the order arrived and looked nothing like advertised . They also only sent me one of the dresses I ordered. How did other people go about getting a full refund as they are claiming I need to pay £30 to return the one dress they sent and won’t be issued a refund for both dresses.

Shocking brand says London but comes from china, if I knew that I wouldn’t pay £40 for a single dress came and didn’t fit whatsoever my bum cheeks literally were on show and the boob area was terrible quality, tried to get a refund multiple times then in the end got told that it would cost me near £30 for a return label and take a month before they would process a refund. Shit brand. Shit clothing

DO NOT DO IT! Seriously don’t! I thought it was a UK company with the name and the price but it’s worse than SHEIN quality with higher prices attached. My dress was see through, there was no structured bodice. You can see my genitals through the material. Customer services are piss poor too. Offering me £4.50 back out of £45! Returns are not free either. Took them a week before it was even shipped and only after I emailed for tracking did they ship it which is when I found out it was made and shipped from china.

I ordered two dresses from Valentina London after seeing they advertised 3–5 day delivery. Unfortunately, one of the dresses arrived around two weeks later, after the event I had purchased it for.
The quality of both dresses was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Neither dress has been worn and both remain in their original packaging.
When I requested a return, I discovered I would have to pay £20–£30 to return the items to China, despite the company branding itself as "Valentina London." I was not aware at the time of purchase that returns were handled overseas.
Customer service repeatedly offered only a 20% refund and refused to provide a prepaid return label or any reasonable alternative, even though the delayed delivery meant one dress was no longer usable for its intended purpose.
Overall, I was disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I advised everyone not to order from this website they are scams I have bought for my daughter a prom dress when you see it on their website it looks stunning when we received the material s super low quality also their is a lot of fluffy bit comes on my skin straight away start etching the dress see through like a net. the funny from the back the corset they put a white shoe laces with open ends the dress are gold.
Tried to refund it they they keep offering 5% off I refused after the 7th email they gave me the address is in China you have to pay £30 to £40 to return went to post office the address don't exist.
I lost over £90. I truly advise do not buy from this website unless you want throw your money.

Would not refund, offered 10% back and would take 1 month +.
