Charged me for a refill before I was approved for a refill. Refused a refund. Then when I was actually ready for the refill, the form I was required to fill out for the refill was not fill able. Can’t reach anyone via the phone. Email response tells me to call. Now telling me they’re going to auto charge the next refill. Can’t cancel my account. This is absolute fraud. Going to have to contact my bank for a refund and to report fraud.

Extremely disappointing experience with Trinity Med. I have been waiting more than 25 days for my medication, and it still has not been delivered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Trinity Med already charged my credit card, yet I still have not received the medication I paid for. Their customer service has also been extremely poor. Getting clear answers, accurate updates, or meaningful help has been difficult. When a company is handling someone’s medication, timely delivery, communication, and accountability should be basic expectations. After more than three weeks, I am still without my medication even though they already took payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Trinity Med. Their fulfillment process and customer service need serious improvement.

I signed up 3 days ago and then, after reading the reviews I changed my mind. I called to cancel and was told my RX was already filled (really? 20 minutes later?) and there will be no refund. Ok. I got scammed. So I told him I want to cancel and he said “the system is down” can’t do that. So I sent emails that came back undelivered. I may have to totally cancel my Chase card to keep them from the “re-occurring” charges. PLEASE! RUN! Don’t walk!!!!! Huge scam business!!!

Negative 5 stars. I saw an ad for this company on Facebook, and decided to see what it was about. Signed up and the sign-up intake form stated if you are approved for a GLP one it will take extra dollars out of your account. All right fine and most companies take it out immediately because you have an appointment pretty quick and usually people are approved for the GLP one. Well, went to book an appointment two weeks out find whatever cool. The provider never called, so I had to reschedule and guess what another two weeks out. Well guess what again the provider never called! So I called and the customer service agent. I spoke with escalated it as crucial and someone would call me back within 24 business hours, well that was on Monday morning, and guess what no phone call! I called Wednesday and was told that they would go ahead and push my current prescription with my previous provider through and it would be to me before I left the state on Monday, September 7. Well, that was a lie, because there’s an order on file. I called to cancel and refund was told no refunds, I said wait. Your site says you’re only charged if you were approved for a GLP one, but it is hard to be approved for a GLP one if a provider does not call you and blows off your appointments. I asked if there was an approved prescription on file, the agent told me no, so I said that you have no option but to push a refund through. She supposedly escalated a refund, so we will see. But someone needs to shut this business down.

They answer the phone for leanmeds.com. Its the same exact company. All they do is take your money and than say no refunds. They are both scammers.

My vial stated to discard after 28 days, and I was supposed to increase my dose. So I asked for a new vial and I would go from there. That's been 4 days ago when they have told me to not use my current vial and I had to provide photos of the vial as if I were lying. They stayed that they wanted me to hold off on using it (duh) until they approved a new one.... I paid well over the amount I should have paid for 6 months worth of this, and they can't even allow you to chat with a real person... Everything this is ai responses. I am beyond frustrated. Don't be an idiot like I was.... Believe and trust the negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend to a soggy cat turd.

Do NOT fill out the form online and put your credit card information on their site. They WILL charge you and NOT provide ANY services. I was suppose to receive a call from a “provider” that call never came and they charged me anyway $282. Even though I did not receive any services or products they said that my money is non refundable! Their communication is very slow and are NOT helpful on their support line. This is a SCAM!!!!!

So I’ve been on the shot for 4 weeks now. I’m on a month to month plan. I was worried because of other reviews that I’d get random charges to my card. Nope!! So far so good. They have responded within 24 hours of my emails. My meds are a few days late I wasn’t able to take my shot on Sunday like I have been but I should have it by this Sunday. So I missed a week. I am down 6 pounds in 1 month. It has helped with so much more then just helping me shed some weight. This is my second month and my dosage was raised. I’m so happy everything has been going smoothly. I also did not have any bad side effects.

5 BIG STARS - The medication came very quickly. the first refill was a little bumpy with the process not being communicated. However, I am now seeing the refill communication proactively coming to me and I am not having to chase them down for it. HUGE WIN!! also, they message frequently on status, and the product itself is really good. Price is THE SAME for increases, it's been $149 auto charge monthly. I'm liking it so far, 3rd refill.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trinity Meds.

I placed an online order for GLP-1 medication and my credit card was charged $1,758. Approximately two hours later, I received an email stating that I would need additional lab testing and PCP/endocrinology clearance or a pathology report before proceeding.

I was not willing to go through those additional requirements, so I immediately called Trinity Meds and asked to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I had not received any medication.

I was then told that the $1,758 charge was non-refundable.

My concern is that I was charged a substantial amount of money before I understood that these additional medical requirements would be necessary. Had I known about those requirements before my card was charged, I would not have placed the order.

Consumers considering Trinity Meds should make sure they fully understand all medical clearance requirements and the refund policy before providing payment information.

This company is AI; DO NOT USE. After not receiving my medication, I contacted email support 3 different times. I received the same message that my information was under review and would be updated in 24-48 hrs. I called to cancel the subscription and requested a refund; customer service couldn't find my account because it was under their White Coat division. The call center said White Coat division would contact me at my phone number. I said no, that I would call them, and was told there was no number to call that division on. How are they going to call me back then? Insisted there had to be a number, and I was given a different number to the same division's call center, only I was told it was the white coat division. Nope! After taking my information, the call got "dropped." Called the Trinity number back and received the same script that my information was being submitted to /whitecoat division and they were actually under Altrx, not Trinity. Went to the Altrx website because there is no phone number for white coat to contact them. Altrx does not have a phone number as well. It is an AI company with a call center that does nothing. There is also no section to cancel a subscription. Reporting my card as stolen to stop future withdrawals and contesting the charge.

One star because I got my product one month. I paid $1500 for the year but after they confirmed fulfillment of my second month they never shipped the medicine. Customer service is non existent. Called 4 times, emailed, and flagged on their social. After a week no response. When I called often I’d be disconnected. When I asked for a supervisor there was one. They would “escalate” for me. This company is a fraud please don’t use them.

Dishonest frauds! Do NOT use! Hear me! Do not use!

First month of injections. Haven't lost a full pound. I'm wondering if this is really tirzepitide. Emailed support two separate times. Only received the automatic reply that someone would reply within 24 hours. No one did either time. So I called today. First lady could care less. Ended up just totally disappearing on the phone call. Second guy was good and I could understand him. They never tell you that you have to fill out a form each month before you can get your meds. And GO FIGURE...the form isn't in my portal due to "glitches" in their portal. So I have to do it over the phone. So now, my next round of injections will probably be late. SMH. They are paid in full (over $700 for six months subscription). wish I had known. If no results this month, they can give me the rest of my money back. No wonder it's set price for life. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Don't waste your time. The ONE good thing: delivery did come packaged beautifully in a cooled styrofoam package.

I completed the application, then decided that I did not want to go in this direction. I wanted to go through my healthcare provider and they were going to refuse to give me a refund even though this was all within a five minute period! So far no payment has gone through and it better not or I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and with FDA

They took their time approving me, but that was fine because I do have some health issues. Then, I had to have the meds held an extra week because they would have shipped while I was out of town. That worked out fine. However, the meds were shipped with a dosage amount but no clear instructions on how much that would be in the syringe. I have been trying through a reply to the text they sent me, a reply to the email they sent me and even to the email on the bottom of the card that told everything about how to do the shot, except for how much to draw into the syringe, since Monday morning. It is now Thursday. I spent money on a 3 month supply and was planning on doing this for about a year of it worked, but it isn’t doing anything sitting in my refrigerator!

ZERO STARS. ⚠️ I do not know why trust pilot keeps on taking my review down of this company. They have asked me by email to verify my business with them. I have sent them corresponding emails with this company Trinity meds.

For over a month now, I have been asking this company for a refund. The medicine arrived on July 17, 2026. It had no instructions whatsoever about the amount of medicine. I should inject myself with. I called the company and the girl just basically read a script. She could not even pronounce the word subcutaneously. I told her I do not need help with injecting myself. I know how to do that as I’ve been on Tirzepatide for a year. I went on to explain I do not know what the dose is. There were no directions whatsoever, and there was also no safety seal on top of the vile like most companies have. She told me that a nurse would call me back within 24 hours. I put the medicine in my refrigerator and I waited. No nurse ever called me back. The injection needles were very tiny. They were smaller than any other company I’ve worked with before. I filled it up almost to the top because I was guessing the dose. I know how this medication works on my body, and it works fast and it takes away any signal in your brain that you’re hungry. This medicine had the opposite effect on me. It actually made me hungrier. All this time I have been going back-and-forth in emails and phone calls. Today I waited over an hour on the phone to speak with a supervisor. Her name was Rebecca. She put me on a brief hold and then the call was disconnected. How do you like that for customer service? This company is the worst of all of them out there. Please do not use them. Spend a little more money and go with one of the more reputable companies. And guess what trust pilot I’m going to keep checking to see if my review stays up. Your name should be scam pilot. I want to be able to include all of my screenshots in this review including the last phone call. I had that went an hour and seven minutes and then once I got to speak with a supervisor, she hung up on me. This company receives an F minus. Please do not use them. I want my money refunded now. I have documented all of this and my next review is BBB.

I signed up expecting to receive my GLP-1 prescription within a reasonable timeframe, as other companies provide. Instead, after paying the $99 fee, I was given a virtual appointment 2½ weeks out just to speak with a provider, followed by additional delays with the pharmacy.

I repeatedly contacted customer service for help and was met with excuses, unanswered questions, and no returned calls. When I requested a refund, I was told I was not eligible and there was nothing they could do.

I’ve used other GLP-1 companies, and none have operated this way. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret signing up.

Save your money and look elsewhere. DO NOT USE TRINITY MEDS!

I initially paid for 3 months in advance, I changed my mind and immediately called. I was refunded for 2 months which was fine. I did the first injection and had an allergic reaction (luckily it was only hives) I immediately called and was told a nurse would call me back in 24-48 hours. Guess what? No call! I’ve emailed them 3 times and each time they tell me my case has been “escalated” and a nurse would be calling within 24 hours. I still have NOT gotten a call and now they aren’t emailing me back either. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Terrible communication and customer service!!! Live and learn I guess!

I paid the $99. The online dr appointment was set up for 3 weeks out. So 5 days later I canceled. Didn’t get the $99 back even though it stated a refund if canceled within 28 days. A month later I get a charge again for $99. I called and they told me I had 2 subscriptions. (It didn’t state that in the beginning ) I didn’t cancel the 2nd one. So, no dr appointment, no medicine, and 2 charges for $99. Do not use this company!!!
