Ordered this product in March and never received it. Sent an email to the company and they were very apologetic and assured me that it would be shipped right out! Don’t order from this company you will get ripped off. Just sent my last email to them it’s October and still no product! What a rip off! Pissed customer!

I have been waiting for a delivery since June the 6th 2026. I have sent multiple emails with no response. My oder was over 90 dollars. No, your emails are not working. Please don't buy from this company.

I was totally ripped off by this company, they took my money, and I never received any product! I tried to contest the charges on my debit card and somehow they convinced the bank that the charges were legit, and my bank closed the investigation and didn't give my money back. This company should be investigated for mail fraud, and stealing peoples money. Do not order!

Ordered back in March. Never received the order or a reimbursement back after many emails sent with no reply back. And they took the money out of my account. I would never order here again. 0 out of 0

I order this product from the shop app i ordered it on 4/16/26 It said 3-5 days for delivery & i was supposed to receive a cellulite cream the package came on 5/22/26 no cream included it was a waste of money the after taste us ok I guess, it did not speed up my metabolism, curve or crush my cravings, and I did not feel energy I took it daily no results ill stick to my super greens. Getting ahold of customer service was a joke they just apologize and thats it they dont offer you a refund its wild never again trim taste do better.

It hasn't worked at all, and it's been overdrafting. My account and I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

I order what I thought was Alva Slim that's not what I received and not the correct amount. No one is responding to my emails at Alva Slim. I don't even want to try it, cause it's not from the company I ordered from in the first place

Made payment, but never received items.
Despite speaking to them, to get a replacement or refund I was told to wait as the parcel was working its way through the Evri deliver channel.
Complete rubbish - a massive scam and not worth you wasting your money, like I and others have done.
Really poor!! SCAM!!!!!

.are that a negative star!! Charged and got nothing, no product no refund. SCAM. I don't know exact date, it doesn't matter anyway, they didn't produce order or refund. Just dissappear.

Despite initially receiving dispatch confirmation including a tracking number, items never arrived. Contacted and received no response

Ordered on 26th March, emailed on 20th May to raise my concerns as still not received my parcel, was told it was on its way, now 10th July, still not parcel. I’ve sent 3 emails asking for a refund and not getting a reply!

Well I ordered from this company once and then found out that the company was a scam and I had to block them from taking money from my card and the product is no good and doesn't work and when you try to contact they say all systems are down

HORRIBLE. SCAM. LIARS. I'M SO MAD! I ordered back in March, received an email saying it had been shipped, nothing was coming up when I looked up the tracking number. I emailed them and they advised that since I live in Canada and it's coming from the USA I wouldn't be able to see the tracking until it was in Canada..... thought that was weird but ok. Two weeks went by, still nothing, I had been emailing with someone named "Kayla" who advised they would offer a 20% refund. Waited for that.. nothing. I went back and forth with this person for about a month until they just stopped responding. So incredibly disappointing and will never be making a dumb purchase like this ever again. Would be give negative stars if I could.

DO NOT ORDER!! Items eventually received without ‘free’ extras but not before another double priced subscription has been taken! No customer service replies on email address. Scam scam scam. 🤬

Stay clear at all costs. Never received my order. Chased for months and was fed lie after lie by their customer services. It’s a massive scam so please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Horrible! Don't even deserve the 1 star.... took 3 months to get 1 thing out of order of 4 things... said they would send others, have yet to receive anything, and have been messaging and not receiving any messages back....

I ordered this product in March 27 2026 at their discount rate. By April 12 they charged my credit card 156.00. I didn't even get the first product. I said they couldn't cancel it because it was on its way. I keep contacting them and they only sent part of the order. They never sent the rest of the product and it's June the bill was over $200.00. They are not responding t6my inquiries any more.
Do not order anything from this company.

I’ve lost half a stone in 5 days so really good and love the flavour
