They fit me in even though I made a mistake with the Timezone difference. Kira was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to decide or buy anything at the appointment. They give you a variety of options and prices for everything which is good to know when purchasing/designing your dream ring.

I was welcomed at the door by Rachelle, who was very friendly. I was able to walk around the showroom on my own to browse. When it was time to try on rings, Rachelle was very accommodating with getting several rings out for me to try on, she was very patient and did not try to rush me in making a decision on the spot. (I had narrowed my choice down to 3 and couldn’t decide) so thank you for your patience and time. I also love how it was a personal experience, there just happened to be no one else in the showroom looking around.

We had such a wonderful experience at TMC, from our initial appointment right through to the crafting of our rings. Every step of the process was wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of our rings — they are absolutely phenomenal.

The only disappointment was some miscommunication around the engraving, which unfortunately meant we weren’t able to have one of our rings engraved at all. While this was disappointing, it doesn’t take away from how beautiful our rings are or how much we enjoyed the overall experience. We’re so grateful to the team at TMC for bringing our rings to life.

I visited the TMC Armadale showroom last Saturday without a booking and the team couldn't have been more welcoming! The lovely Emili helped me find the perfect pair of wedding earrings. She took the time to walk me through the different styles and explained everything so thoroughly that I left feeling like a diamond expert!! Emili made the entire experience so special for me. I highly recommend TMC Armadale!! I can't wait to come back and finish planning my wedding look!

I came here for an engagement ring consultation with my partner and we were blown away by the service, care and consideration we were shown on such a special day. The Paddington show room is set up beautifully and the whole experience feels very intimate and personal. We were taken through a large collection of rings and were able to quickly narrow down our choices to some beautiful pieces to select from. We were taken through all the steps to understand engagement ring styles and diamond specifications and left with no doubts or questions in our mind.

A special shoutout to our showroom consultant Kira who was the ultimate professional and made us feel very welcome and looked after whilst also allowing us to talk to each other and feel like it was just us in the store.

We really appreciate everything TMC has done for us and could not recommend them more.
