Top advies en top service. Mijn cv leek overleden te zijn, maar dankzij een paar goede tips over ons smart heating system werkte hij binnen no time weer, zonder dat er vervangende onderdelen nodig waren. Geweldige service, snel en goed geholpen.

Na het bellen konden ze al na 4 dagen langskomen voor een routine controle van mijn CV ketel. Ze zijn vriendelijk en oprecht. Ze vertelden me dat ik een prima ketel had en dat de aansluitingen goed waren uitgevoerd. Fijn om te horen. Hele goede ervaring!

We’ll fix it was amazing from the first moment of contact! We were able to share details over WhatsApp initially and he could already diagnose the problem. So when he was able to visit the apartment, he was able to triple check the problem and immediately act on the solution! Our boiler was fixed without hours! Brilliant experience end to end - will definitely be using him for annual servicing and for any other issues we might encounter in the future.

My boiler failed first thing Monday morning. I called a few contractors and Doekle said he could come by after lunch and take a look - after the visit it was clear that the boiler had reached the end of its life and needed to be decommissioned safely.

Doekle managed to move his busy schedule around to minimise the amount of time we were without hot water and 48 hours later we had a whole new boiler system installed. It wasn't just the speed of getting us a solution, his communication was excellent and every promise he made he delivered on. However the thing that really impressed me was the quality of his craftsmanship - some people think a plumber is a plumber but his pipework and joints are very neat and tidy and he clearly has very high standards for his own work. He is openly priced at the higher end of the market but in this day and age it's so refreshing to find someone so dedicated to their customers and their work that makes him worth every penny.
