Ich habe schon mehrfach bei Creationwatches bestellt, bisher immer ohne Probleme. Es handelt sich um einen seriösen Grauhändler für etablierte Uhrenmarken, ansässig in Singapur. Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL Express was ich sehr angenehm finde, da die einfach innerhalb 2-3 Werktage die Sendung zustellen und alle Zollformalitäten gegen eine kleine Gebühr übernehmen.
Ware war einwandfrei, da gab’s nichts zu meckern.
Ich bedanke mich für die letzten 6 Bestellungen welche einwandfrei abgewickelt wurden, daher nur zu empfehlen.

Ich bin zufrieden
Hab jetzt zum zweiten mal eine Seiko gekauft mit Lieferung nach Deutschland. Uhren kamen genau wie bestellt (Japan variante) mit orginal Verpackung und gestempelter Garantiekarte. Sind zwar alles etwas ältere Modele die nicht mehr von Seiko angeboten werden aber der Preis ist trotz Zoll und Steuern sehr gut. Lieferung über DHL Express. War jedesmal sehr schnell da. Einmal selber Zoll und Steuern an DHL bezahlt und beim zweiten mal direkt über CW. War etwas günstiger über den Händler. Zu Reklamationen kann ich nichts sagen.
Werde mir bestimmt noch die eine oder andere Uhr bei CW bestellen.

Lieferung leider aus Singapur
Ich habe eine Seiko-Uhr bei Creation Watches bestellt. Die Uhr selbst ist einwandfrei und entspricht genau der Beschreibung – damit bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Allerdings war die Bestellung insgesamt etwas enttäuschend, vor allem in Bezug auf Transparenz und Versand:
- Die angegebene Lieferzeit von 2–4 Tagen wurde nicht eingehalten.
- Für mich war beim Bestellvorgang nicht klar ersichtlich, dass die Ware aus Singapur versendet wird.
- Dadurch sind zusätzlich Einfuhrabgaben und DHL-Gebühren (in meinem Fall ca. 48 €) angefallen, was den Gesamtpreis deutlich erhöht hat.
- Zwar gibt es eine Versandoption mit bereits bezahlten Abgaben, aber der Unterschied zwischen den Optionen könnte aus meiner Sicht klarer hervorgehoben werden.
Positiv:

+ Versand mit DHL Express
Verbesserungspotenzial:
- Transparenz beim Versandort
- Klarere Darstellung der Versandoptionen und Zusatzkosten
- Realistischere Lieferzeitangaben
Fazit: Wer sich mit internationalen Bestellungen auskennt und die Zusatzkosten einkalkuliert, kann hier gute Deals machen. Für Erstkäufer kann es jedoch zu unerwarteten Überraschungen kommen.

Bestellvorgang und Info waren gut. Lieferung erfolgte nach einer Woche.
Gekauft wurde eine Autmatikuhr von Seiko. Leider funktionierte die Gangreserve nicht und die Uhr ging grundsätzlich pro Nacht rund 3 Std. nach.
Garantiekarte war ausgefüllt, Uhr wurde zur Reparatur zu Seiko Deutschland geschickt. Warte seit 3 Wochen, noch keine Reaktion.
