Ik ben bang dat dit mijn miskoop van het jaar is het apparaat maakt zoveel lawaai en er komt zo'n minimaal stroompje lucht uit!!!! Echt erg dat ik hier teveel geld aan heb uitgegeven. Er is meer aandacht aan het online pushen uitgegaan dan naar het daadwerkelijke product. Ik ben er ingetrapt. Zo voelt het echt

Waardeloos slecht apparaat. Koelt voor geen meter. Voel mij belazert door de fa HikeCare winkel en alle ophef op internet etc.

InstaCool Pro is not fit for purpose. Marketing is completely misleading. When it did eventually arrive, after almost 4 weeks, it was very badly packed. The product is flimsy and has a short 1 metre cable, making it almost impossible to wall mount in UK homes, and it did not work. It was nowhere near as good as a small hand fan. Marketing said it would cool area up to 51 sq metres but when I contacted seller they said " its designed to provide localised comfort in your immediate surroundings - not to cool or heat an entire room," The product is absolutely useless. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I was given 2 options when I requested refund.
1. Keep it and receive 20% refund
2. Return at my expense to an address in North Macedonia (a tracked shipping service is recommended - £24.50 was cheapest I could find). You are given 14 days to return but they state inspection may take 10 business days upon receipt. Upon inspection they would supply refund, adjusted as they see fit. I doubt very much that a full refund would be forthcoming.
So, 2 scams in one. Scam 1 when you believe the trash in their advertising and Scam 2 when trying to get full refund. Conned out of money twice.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCT

This is not as described. Its just a glorified fan, nothing more. My small fan is better than this cooler. Do NOT buy this, its a waste of money.

Absolute rubbish does not cool, infact it does nothing. Complete scam. I have been communicating with HikeCare complaining about the units they sent and all I get is excuses. SCAM

InstaCool Product does not cool room as stated. It is noisy. I get more cooling from a £3 fans. Very disappointed in the product for the price. In my opinion not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money. I have emailed the company awaiting a response. Useless product

Total rubbish! It does not cool room like advertised. It is a fan not an air conditioner & a very poor one at that. Don’t waste your money.

This has no cooling system at all, it'a just a fan heater, and if the temp that you dial in is less than the room temp, all that you get is the fan running, and a weak fan at that. totally trumped up advertising.

Instacool pro had mine come today tried it and it’s complete rubbish my £20 quid fan blows more cool air , £99 quid and it is cheap and nasty !!!! The power cord is about 3 feet long so in a uk house not a clue how your supposed to have it on the wall and reach a plug socket it doesn’t suck air in to blow air out so dunno what they are thinking and on the box it say fan heater no mention of air con

My daughter ordered the 2 she only recieved 2 and the plug was broke

Je suggère que nous nous regroupions pour déposer plainte.

Ne refroidit pas et génère beaucoup d’humidité
Très bruyant et encombrant

J ai acheté 2 appareils (Lot de 2 AirGo - Climatiseur ) refroidisseurs, un des deux est tombé en panne peu de temps après son utilisation. J ai appelé le service client leur réponse était les personnes qui s en occupent sont absent on vous rappellera. J ai envoyé depuis plusieurs e-mail de réclamation. Aucune réponses. Société non sérieuse matériel de mauvaise qualité. Je me suis senti arnaquer.

Product is useless, which i had to pay 80e to send it back (i sent It back within the 30 day period) and after almost 1 year i haven't received my money back just a brief email mentioning that they haven't has the time to revise the product.

It is a complete scam!

Le 25/06/2025, j'ai commandé un Instachill Max présenté sur leur site comme un climatiseur mobile
Je l’ai reçu le 16/07/2025
Après déballage, en le couchant sur le côté pour installer ses roulettes, j’ai constaté qu’il y avait un trou dans le réservoir d’eau alors que l’emballage n’avait reçu aucun choc.
Ayant également constaté qu’i s’agissait que d’un rafraichisseur d’air et non pas un climatiseur comme vous le présentiez, j’ai décidé, conformément à leur politique de retour (« Heureux ou remboursé ? Pas convaincu(e) ? Vous avez 30 jours pour changer d’avis. », j’ai décidé de le retourner, non pas pour un échange, mais pour un remboursement.
J’ai contacté leur services qui m’ont communiqué l’adresse à FROYENNES pour le retour.
J'ai expédié le produit par Chronopost le 24/07/2025 qui leurs a été livré le 28/07/2025.
Suite à cela, j’ai fait de multiples réclamations à l’adresse df'Instantcoolinfo où j’ai toujours eu la même réponse, à savoir que le remboursement ne pourrait être initié que lorsque le retour de mon appareil serait enregistré dans leur système par leur service logistique.
Cela fait 145 jours aujourd’hui que le colis a été livré par Chronopost et si le retour de mon appareil n’a toujours pas été enregistré dans leur système, c’est qu'ils ont vraiment un problème d’incompétence au niveau de votre service logistique.
Lors d'une de mes dernières relances, leurs services m’ont demandé de m’adresser directement au SAV d'Instantcool afin arriver à résoudre mon problème, ce que j'ai fait une première fois le 04/11/2025 puis le 17/11 2025, messages auxquels je n'ai eu aucune réponse à ce jour.
Je ne peux même plus accéder à ma commande sur leur site Internet.
Je suis convaincu que ce sont des escrocs et j'incite tout le monde à les court-circuiter.
