The salesperson needs to be properly trained and know the product they’re are selling and providing. Salesperson quoted me $45 out the door per month including taxes and I questioned this and he said several times the line is being recorded. He also made an error in the service address I had to call back to correct and find out the fees are much higher. Being lied to numerous times is NOT my way of doing business.

Superior Experience in Efficiency and Affability
Justin was just so good natured and patient with me. I have some trouble hearing and memory now (at 76 years old), and Justin was kind enough to constantly have to repeat himself. Not only that, but he had to go through first, Optimum, then T-Mobile, and finally AT&T’s details and disclosures. Justin has many fine attributes and has a great sense of humor blended with professionalism.
