The light grey firmly fitting long sleeve top I bought was perfect sizing. I am usually a 10 size and I bought a small. The only complaint I have is the Abi &Joseph label firmly sown into the neck ribbing of the garment is scratchy and irritates sensitive skins like mine. With absolute care I managed to remove the label but it wasn't easy. Can you perhaps not have the label sewn into the garment. Perhaps safety pin it. No one sees the label so the advertising is useless. I am very happy to display A &J on the leggings I have bought. The product is excellent.

Item was'nt even attempted to be delivered as email confirmed but lazy courier took it straight to the post office, i purchase for conveniently delivered to my premises not for me go chasing parcels, what a waste of postage money, from the reviews i have just read, im hoping i get full refund plus wasted postage money! now will be unsubscribing, guys best shop elsewhere!

I did know the size and what I wanted so that helped, having bought your product before. Service was quick and easy with delivery being very prompt.

Crop tops are very small sizing small is xsmall like a size 6 Even in a medium size they would be hard to pull on.

I've been buying Abi and Joseph clothing for so long. Tights always fit and are super comfy to wear. Tops and crop tops are always so comfortable to wear, tops are always just the right length.

I haven’t received the items I bought yet. I sent an email to customer service with an updated postal address which was ignored, and then the package was posted to an address that was not on my client profile. I have no idea where the package is and am disappointed that customer service took three days to reply

I was disappointed that the shorts I ordered in Medium size were more like a Small!!
I have never needed a Large!
I've sent them back but have not heard anything from you.

I have a pair of leggings from Abi and Joseph have lasted so well. I recently bought two tops from them. I made a mistake on my order (wrong colour ordered) and they fixed it before shipping. Then when the tops arrived, unfortunately they didn't suit me. The returns process could not have been easier. The team were so helpful when there was a delay in the refund, they really went above and beyond. Abi and Joseph is now the first place I check when I'm looking for new activewear.
