It would have been 5 stars as the service you provided was exceptional.
Unfortunately your professional services have been somewhat tarnished by your chosen courier DHL. Sadly it has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Not only was the delivery delayed by a full 24 hours, trying to track and secure a delivery slot proved impossible, despite contacting them by phone (recorded message), email and again by phone to an actual person twice.
I would encourage you to use a more reliable courier such as DPD, who have always provided a very good experience when delivering to my home.
