Jacob is the Broker of Real Alaska and I have found him to be one of the most unethical realtors I have seen in my 20 years in real estate. I have directly witnessed him pushing and persuading his client to "just take the deal" so he can get paid instead of acting in the best interest of the client. Additional he is very condescending to women and seems to have a racial bias against black women. My friend hired him to help sell the home she had to leave because of Domestic Abuse by her Ex Husband. The entire process has been him ignoring her requests and disregarding her input in favor of the abusive husband. He has racked up $20,000 in repairs to the home to sell it only to allow the sale to fail the day before closing and refunded all of the earnest money to the buyer. She has tried repeatedly to terminate the listing agreement with him and hire a truly fair and independent agent but he has refused. Now he is going to court to try to take her out of the decision making so she can not replace him. As the Broker for Real in Alaska he should act above and beyond the regular care that a realtor would provide. Its disgusting and disgraceful to see a women treated like this by a "professional" this is why realtors have a bad image.

We were very impress with the service we received. Even after we had to let go our first agent our co agent took over and did a great job. she was always their to answer questions and if she did not know she found out.

It was a very long process, Cherise was very patient with us being so picky and changing plans, she was very friendly and like a family. She worked hard for us … but I just hope Cherise stayed the same way she was until the very end, i was hoping that she will be more patient at closing, she couldn’t even wait for the last hour, I arrived at the title company and my wife was there but not our agent Cherise. I was expecting that she will be there. It was an interesting communication between me and our agent Cherise during that day in our texting. I made her upset because I was being honest about our situation that we can’t do the appt time but i promised that i will be there before the title company closed and that the representative from Alyeska agreed that it will be ok. Anyway Long story short, me and my wife signed the closing paperworks 4 mins before title company close the office, without our agent on our side. Sad that our agent didn’t see our happy tears and excitement. But hey people change just like that and judge without even thinking if thats the right word to say… me and my wife may be so hard or complicated client we are so new to have a new constructed Home purchase and our questions are so much that we are scared about what if? GOD still very Good at all times, and we give all our Trust to HIM.
