At this time I have only had questions, no real problems.For every question or questions asked the Pyxa Support team has responded to all request in a timely manor.

This looks tempting with a suite of AI tools and chat models. However, upon some in depth checking, the AI models from this site are very outdated and was last trained on March 2023 on some models. The old provided are out of date and inaccurate. And it cannot search the web for more current information. The information / response we get are not nearly the same as compared to the official AI chat models.

Pyxa is an all around great suite for chats, chat bot, image creation, video creation, etc… literally everything AI!! They also get back to you quickly for support would recommend forsure!

I wasn’t sure what to think at first, because I got the ai software for the image generation and I didn’t like the options for the overall usage. However, after a reasonable amount of back and forth, we came to a compromise that made everyone happy. Highly recommended; great service.

Bought this because it was on a one time "lifetime offer" deal. Was disappointed to find that I couldn't get it to do what I needed it too, a pleasant email discussion with tech support and all is sorted. Very happy, great deal and being able to interrogate a couple of different AI systems at the same time is fantastic.

Range of apps to use is amazing, and the customer service you get is very quick, polite and helpful, even if it just a question. Would definitely recommend Pyxa, for all AI needs, so easy to use.

Outstanding support and so user friendly. I have tried two other "AI Promotions" claimant to be unlimited for a once in a lifetime sign up as well as being user friendly only to find out there are constant strings attached and they have been so hard to navigate and that's coming from someone with 25 years of IT background.

If you are looking for something to help with professional writing and still have a little fun with to than I would highly recommend this. Others like Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT basic are great for quick response day to day questions for to do professional scale work I am all in on this.

I constantly use the chat and image features. Pretty much every day, I'm having discussions with the AI chat about how to do something. I have another AI dedicated to image generation, but Pyxa has a broader selection, and now that I bought the unlimited plan, I can generate as often as I need to. Their customer response team is also exceptional. My payment for my upgrade to unlimited was lost. They found it in one day. (I have one email for PayPal and another for my account.) I can't say just how much I love this program. For me, it has really been worth it.

Great product just one issue with them being in another country. I do my work late in the day so they are close so repies and answers are next day. I can't wait for their next revision as I use Chat gpt a lot

Rachel at the support/tech end of Pyxa has been amazing! She has promptly answered my questions and helped fix a user error of me not including my email address when upgrading.
The software itself is AMAZING and I will definitely be putting it to good use in building my business and online presence! Way to go guys! You have saved me thousands in my venture!

Rachel and Emma really tried. Okay let's be honest they really tried to retain me as a customer, but my experience with Pyxa itself was lukewarm at best. I have yet to receive an e-mail confirming the refund for the unlimited package. I have yet to try the voice to text mode because there isn't the option to dictate directly.

I am rating 5-star since I found that the support extended to me was very prompt, sincere and honest. Initially I did want to cancel the unlimited plan for images and words, since I found they were offering only Midjourney and Flux under the unlimited image generation. When I requested them to cancel my unlimited plan, Ms. Rachel helped me understand the fearures offered understand the unlimited plan and how in future newer models would be introduced that is not offered by anyone in this industry. I thank Ms. Rachel for the help and support. I am eagerly waiting for the upcoming newer AI models in the unlimited plan.

I recommend PYXA for the quality of the products and their reliable and very helpful support through out this process.

I purchased the Lifetime (unlimited) Pyxa.ai 6 days ago and have not been given access to the service. Multiple emails later, they customer support keeps asking one question PER EMAIL, then it takes me time in-between to respond as I cannot check my email while I work... so they have asked all in separate correspondence...Go to the site and say "Forgot Password" (Duh, who doesn't know that by now), Please provide your receipt. At another time - Please give us the email address(es) used. Another email, please provide your First and Last Name...?!!! What the Hell already?! And still a week gone by... I swear, from where I stand it seems like a scam. If I could give NO Stars, I would because now I may I have to fight with them &/or my bank when all I really wanted was what they sold me... Oh, and I actually received the bonuses which let me sign in initially and now all of a sudden those won't open either.

I needed help unlocking my login as it wouldn’t let me into the system. I contacted customer support and got a response almost immediately. Rachel, the tech who helped me, worked on it and with me for the next couple of hours. She eventually got her service department to get me an entirely new login and reset my password. Rachel was kind, professional and patient. I love this company for their incredible products and techs. They stand behind what they sell.

What a piece of junk all they are good at is extracting money from you. Does not do much, bad support, bad videos, very poor service STAY AWA
