Pad worked as advertised. It was larger than expected. It took my dog a couple days to adjust to the pad. But once he adjusted he used it just fine. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I plan on buying a 2nd pad.

She dug into what happened (a batch/version inconsistency) and offered to send a fresh set from the same batch that worked well for us, at no extra cost, no hassle of returning the current ones.
