I ordered a 2-4 person outdoor sauna. Communication was not amazing and I had to call back a lot to try to get the information I needed. The sauna itself appeared to be of good quality materials and I decided to assemble myself.

This took far longer than I thought. The instructions might as well not have existed, but the company did send me a video which was helpful but lacking detail. It took me about a full day to do on my own and looks good. I hired an electrician to do all the wiring and he had serious concerns about the exposed wiring under the bench which was dangerous. We paid for the wiring and junction box to be moved to a waterproof box attached to the outside. It cost a lot more but I agreed with him about the safety concerns. Centura Heat’s response was that they sell loads of these so it must be ok and it had a UK safety compliance mark on it. Electrician (who is very reliable) refused to certify it as safe in its existing state.

We are really happy with the performance of the heater. Make sure you wash the rocks first. The lack of any instructions meant we did not and it took a while to clean up the mess when we poured water on. Centura Heat really need to do something about the instructions. it could be done with very little effort and make a huge difference to user experience.

Here are the pros and cons of this sauna

Good quality build materials with parts that fitted together well
Heater heats up quickly and to a high temp
Sauna looks great with ergonomic bench
Reasonably good value. It was cheaper than many others, but the main features and reasons behind our purchase did not work leaving us feeling like we had been mis-sold.

Con’s
(I will update once I have spoken to company about their response)
- the light did not work at all. Electrician said it was rubbish anyway and would not have lasted well.
- the app does not work which means we cannot use the sauna remotely. This was the main reason we bought it and are very unhappy about it. If you are looking for a sauna you can turn on remotely, THIS IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU. Pro-line/sauna heat really should not advertise it as such. Had we been aware of the mis-selling we would have picked a different sauna.
- potentially dangerous electrics with exposed high voltage outlets in a wet and steamy environment.
- Pro-line/centura heat buy ship them from china, and therefore don’t really know much about them if you get stuck with the build or have questions. They are just a UK seller.

Note: I will add to this review once I have Pro-line / centura heat’s response to the problems I have experienced.

Consumer Law states that products sold must be:
1. Fit for purpose (not really as electrics in current state were dangerous according to a highly regarded electrician)
2. Of satisfactory quality (while the sauna itself was, some of the parts that came with it were not)
3. As described (the app does not work and nothing we or anyone else we have spoken to can get it working. It relies on Bluetooth so does not really allow you to turn on and off unless you are already near it in any event. This is the biggest problem as far as we were concerned)

The sales people and the lads who delivered and installed the sauna were great. Have had a query about heater cutting out all the timefor over two weeks now. Sent numerous emails, someone promised to get back to me but heard nothing and have chased three times. Poor customer service which has spoiled a great initial service. Not good enough really

Great communication, over the moon with my 2 person outdoor sauna. Paid extra for an assembly team and money well spent. Cracking pair of lads. Only criticism is the lead time from ordering to delivery but it's been well worth the wait. Highly recommend this company, thank you Olly and the team at pro-line.

The customer service from Pro line has been terrible all the way through from arranging delivery to post installation issues. The sauna itself is good - just buy it from another company.

The product arrived with clear damage straight out of the box — cracked timber, a broken speaker, and a dented heater. This is not minor and shouldn’t happen at this price point.

Parts of the order were also missing on delivery.

I raised this with customer services immediately and received no response.

Delivery only added to the issue — two confirmed delivery dates were missed without explanation, and the order arrived across multiple days.

Overall, a very poor experience from both a product and service perspective.

Would not recommend.

Initially I had a positive experience but unfortunately i have had to chase for when my sauna is going to be delivered. I put my faith in the chap I was talking too and then felt totally let down. I run a business and repeated delays are costing me money especially as I have paying guests and trades who are scheduled to fit the sauna etc. Feel very badly let down. Hoping they will deliver tomorrow. I have said that I wjll be sending them a bill if it doesn’t as I was assured it would be delivered in time and having built up a reasonable buffer of a few weeks to take into account possible delays this is really poor. I note other customers have said the same things.

On the 01/02/2026 i bought an exercise bike for £169.00 they sent me a receipt to my email with when my exercise bike would arrive. It had 2 dates one 20/02/2026 and the other 27/02/2026 I did think that was odd to just have 2 dates. It is 08/03/2026 it hasn’t arrived yet. I have phoned several times spoke with Melissa who said to wait one more week which I did then phoned again haven’t got anywhere. I phoned again spoke to somebody else who said it got lost in transit. This person said I would receive it the next day which I didn’t. There is no tracking service I was looking forward to loosing weight I am so stressed now. I just want a refund. Appalling service

Used their chat and asked a few questions. Got a reply quickly the next day from 'Ollie' which gave me confidence. I replied to his questions then I think he was far too busy to bother with me and my tiny £3000 purchase. Called several times to speak to him and left massages and got promises from other people he would call me back or email but it seems he is either incapable of dialling on a phone or composing an Email. Never heard from him since. If this is how they handle sales, imagine the after sales back up.

Sauna Arrived later than originally stated, but product was as advertised. Appeared a good product for a good price, we did have an issue with the sauna and after a bit of to and fro and some unlogged calls we did get ahead of the issue, wrong part sent initially this was rectified. Most of the members of staff I spoke to were extremely polite and helpful. sauna now all up and running well.

The product was delivered in only 7 days which I thought was very good.

Ordered some cleaning products from this company which they say were dispatched but never received anything. Have been chasing for a response but heard nothing back until I suggested raising a credit card dispute. Not impressed and will not use again as still dont have the product ordered.

The product is impressive, though the experiences with customer support and the delivery team could be improved.

Shocking after sales, paid extra to have the sauna assembled. Sauna didn't work, wasn't wired correctly . Had to dismantle it and fix it ourselves as no one at pro line direct was interested and didn't contact us as promised.
