The whole experience was hassle free and smooth.

Used the free 1gb last week. Fast activation but requires wifi to complete the process.

Ms Lee our tour guide was wonderful and attentive to our group. She can speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Japanese which is very rare in Japan. She even bought us drinks when we could not purchase from the nearest stall which was already closed at that time with her own money.

However, some pricing options need to be examined as it might be much cheaper buying direct, especially transport tickets.

Recently communicated through their chat as there is no possibility of contact through phone. Requested to speak to manager but they seem to be afraid to talk to me and insist to only communicate through their chat. Please take note of likely limited service escalation as the staff can only provide standard replies.

I really was sick with motion sickness. Food was ok and made it a tad better. Would have loved to be moved to more spacious seat. But overall good experience.
