Really bad service
Really bad service.
Booked the move in cleaning, and found tons of hairs in the carpet, as if no vacuuming at all was done. ( hairs from previous owners). Paid 120 just to clean myself.

Appointment Changes a Problem
Most of the cleaners have done a very good job but though I have a regular appointment it is not very reliable and there have been frequent changes to time and even day.

The cleaner Salam is amazing
I contacted this company without a lot fhope but in desperation. I have just move in and y new flat was really dirty especially the kitchen. Salam was send to me by Spic and Span and he was absolutly amazing! He spend 3h cleaning the kitchen and then cleaning the living room. He has done an amazing job.

The cleaners did a great job
The cleaners did a great job. However, they missed the kitchen cupboard on top where i can been seen not clean. Other than that, they were great.

ridiculous
Ordered a deep leaning for the cabinets in a small kitchen, limescale removal from the bathroom tiles and one window cleaning. They skipped the inside of cabinets and bathroom tiles. After my complaint they returned. This time they missed the edges of the cabinet doors, left dirt all along, and cleaned three tiles in the bathroom. Will never call them again.

Cleaner came an hour late
Cleaner came an hour late. Customer service was only available after 7th call. But cleaning was good and got a refund for one hour.

Substandard cleaning service
I requested a 4 hour "deep cleaning" service with 2 cleaners, submitting apartment size and photos of the problem areas, oven, floors, bathroom etc. Cleaners arrived on time but didn't speak any English. They seemed shocked by the size of the apartment. They stayed 2 hours only and were observed taking at least 2 cigarette breaks. None of the areas highlighted had be cleaned. Extremely poor service. It seems spicandspan identify and contract a local cleaning service to carry out the job. Whilst they can guarantee the legitimacy of the company, they cannot guarantee the quality of individual cleaners hence the wildly different experiences described in these reviews. They suggested the cleaning company return to "complete the job" but I declined. I'd seen enough. I requested a full refund and to their credit they refunded me in full within 3 days. However, I shall not be using their service again.
