When we first received our side table we were going to return it.
Sicota was very understanding and helpful with us.
We decided to keep it and are glad we did. It is better than we expected.
It went together with ease.
Directions, labeling of pieces made it fairly easy to put together.

The nightstand is quite difficult to assemble and one cannot know this until the package is opened and then the return is not allowed.

The directions for assembly are terrible. The direction of the pieces are not clearly indicated. We wasted over six hours. It is very difficult to assembly the top on to bottom due of weight

I love the design. It was pretty easy to buy and a couple of days later we had the furniture with us. Easy to assemble.

the quality and size of measurements of what i received is not expected. I was expecting higher quality wood for the price paid

I recently purchased a three piece set from this company. It quickly became apparent how cheap and flimsy these pieces were. I quickly contacted their customer service via email regarding a refund. They only responded once a day, usually in the morning, via email. Finally after almost a week of this they sent me a return label. DO NOT BUY THIS FURNITURE!!

The product came and was just what we expected. It’s a solid piece of furniture and the directions for building it were very clear. We are very happy.

The furniture was very cheaply made and very hard to put together . I tried to get a hold of customer service and waited an hour with no response !!! Awful product

The entry table went together beautifully! Looks great in our long entry hall as well.

I bought a wardrobe from SICOTAS, and it has been a total nightmare.

Month 3: The bottom drawer track broke. I contacted their customer service via email. They promised to ship replacement parts but NEVER delivered them.

Month 7: Another drawer broke.

I have sent multiple emails and attached clear photos of the damages. Yet, the customer service keeps "playing dumb"—asking me repeatedly what is wrong and offering to send parts that they never actually ship. It’s an endless loop of stalling tactics.

The quality is unacceptable for a wardrobe that is supposed to last years, and the vendor refuses to issue a refund. Save your money and headache—stay away from this brand!

1 - we received our items on time and securely.
2 - the quality of the product was really good.
3 - The color is even better in real life.
4 - Clear and easyto understand instructions.
5 - considering the above 3 and the competitors, the price was more than fair.
6 - Service is immediate - Called them and an actual human picked up and helped out on a few minor questions.

The delivery status says delivered but, I only received half of my order.

This was the first time ordering from SICOTAS, and I was pleasantly surprised. This shipping was fast and easy, the quality of the product was very nice and you could tell it was well made. I would highly reccomend this site and I'll personally be ordering again in the future.

The Savanah sideboard was exactly what we were looking for

This is my second set of nightstands I ordered from this brand. Neither disappoint. The quality and workmanship is amazing. Looks even better in person. Took a bit to put together but cannot beat these prices! I just placed another order for all my bedroom nightstands and dressers.
