I would strongly advise against buying from this company. I ordered several blazers, and the quality was extremely poor and nowhere near what was advertised.

When I requested a refund, I was told that I would have to return the items to their branch in China at my own expense, which would cost a significant amount. This made the refund process impractical.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Please think carefully before placing an order.

This website sells very cheap and poor quality clothes made in China and they dont offer return Lebel. So you end with a piece of garbage and paying 5 times more than shain for the same trashy clothes. This websites should be banned from USA.

BUYER BEWARE! After ordering an $78 pair of shorts and not receiving a tracking number for over a week, I contacted Saviants. They told me the item was no longer in stock and would replace it with a "similar" pair of shorts which they included a picture of. Their replacement was clearly very cheap quality and ugly. I requested a refund. They would not comply to a refund but offered me to choose another pair of shorts from their site, which I did. It took over a month to receive the item but they sent me the ugly, cheap quality shorts that I did not agree to.

Order was received within a week. Sandals are nice but they digged in between your toes caused discomfort and pain. I initiated the return, I asked for instructions on how to process the return. I received a response the next day. They offered to give me a discount and keep the sandals. I replied stating that I wanted a refund and instructions on how to do the return. They replied again stating that they do not offer a return label and that I would have to pay for the return to China or keep them and get a discount. Basically, keep the sandals and accept the discount as it will be more expensive to pay to ship it back to China than the cost of the shoes.
This is truly not what I expected.
In other words be aware of their poor return policy. They should have a localize place to handle returns.
