Projector arrived in a very battered box, unsuitable for gift giving. I was offered £1.50 compensation which never happened. Fortunately the projector works but not sure for how long as it had certainly been thrown around & squashed. Won't order from this company again and would advise people to avoid.

I ordered a soft toy cuddly farm set for my grandsons first Birthday, luckily I ordered it months in advance because that's how long it took to arrive. I was expecting it to be bigger so that was a disappointment but when I gave it to my grandson the animals that were supposed to make their noises some didn't work and others were close to dying, and the batteries can't be replaced unless you perform an autopsy on the poor animals..I complained to the company and they just sent a standard one line apology no replacement etc ..don't use this company their products are cheap and nasty!

I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to many a play session with our Granddaughter. I chose the toy for its many different ways to use the same toy.

The animals kit I bought was really delightful. Very easily sewn and beautifully designed.

Purchasing the animal mosaic coasters was simple and quick. The items turned up perfectly packaged and they were lovely to make!

Absolute junk!! No better than SHEIN quality. Paid £19.95 for a farm house with animals plus £2.95 shipping. Ordered 14th August just arrived today 1st September. The quality is horrendous and definitely not worth the price. Please do not order from this company their products and customer service is disgraceful. It’s very misleading portraying high quality as opposed to their competitors where as they are garbage with much higher price tag.

I was dreading receiving toys for grandkids. But when it arrived it was fab. Everything i bought was exactly as described, boxes were a bit damaged. But otherwise everything was spot on.

The watercolour booklets arrived in good time from across the pond. Everything you need to paint the designs is included. You only need to provide the water and time to relax. Great fun. Just wish I was a better artist but this is one way to start painting without the stress of drawing your own designs.

I bought the little farm with animal sounds for my 6 month old Grandson & He loves it.
Easy to transport the animals around in the little farmhouse. Very colourful & well made.

The product was not packaged well and was damaged on arrival. It was usable but I was disappointed. I contacted them and they said they would give me a small discount. That never materialised. I won't order again.

What an amazing company. I saw the little farm set in a soft carry “play barn” and knew my grandson would love this. I gave it to him four weeks ago. We can squeeze the animals and they say what they are and then make their sound. The little barn comes with six animals - cow, horse, sheep, pig, duck and rooster. I knew it would be a hit as he lives us singing Old MacDonalds Farm to him.
The barn folds out and has suggested places to place the animals. At the end of your playtime all the animals fit back into the barn, the barn closes with Velcro tabs, so it can be put away with all the animals safely “bedded down” for the night. In addition the barn has different textures and a mirror that my grandson loves to play with. I can’t fault the product, the quality, the delivery of the Company. As my grandson is starting to crawl it’s the first thing he grabs to play with. Its bright attention to detail is attractive for play. Well done Smart Moms it’s a big thumbs up from us!

Whilst I don’t have any grandchildren at the moment, I hope to be blessed with them in the future and when I saw this lovely farm set , I just couldn’t resist it .

Order took ages to come and arrived damaged. They agreed to send me items after i sent photo proof. New items never arrived and they wont respond to my emails anymore

Ordered the animals and barn. It was a gift and the box arrived damaged. I opened the box to check contents and it looked used. Bits of animal material were all over the animals and inside the barn. I tidied it up myself but feel very disappointed that it was sent out like that. I didnt send it back due to how long I waited originally, and as expected it came from China, not the UK. DONT use this company.

Avoid this company the customer service is unhelpful & weak at responding take weeks to get back to you I didn’t receive my order as the courier left it on my doorstep which is a flat where many people walk past I have explained this to this poor company I asked to have my order sent out so I could receive what I paid for weeks later no package no refund

The worst experience ever.
They answer to my complaint every three weeks, I have sent a video of the baby bottle which leaks and keep on asking other stupid questions. Now that I read the reviews which I don’t understand how did I skip them this time, they pretend to be a UK based company, but products took three or more weak to arrive, are Chinese from the packing and are very poor quality. Please please guys read reviews before purchasing I have lost 50£ for no reason and I’m
Left with some poor products.
